PaddleFIT ® kayaking fitness sessions are a perfect way to get yourself fit and have some fun at the same time! The 1 hour sessions are an excellent low impact full body workout - great for toning up and strengthening the arms, abdominals and thighs.

A qualified and experienced guide accompanies the group on the session to assist with paddling technique.

PaddleFIT® sessions are suitable for females and males of all age groups and no previous kayaking experience is necessary. You just need to be able to swim and should be in reasonably good health.

We usually run PaddleFIT sessions for a term of 8 sessions. We recommend this option as earlier sessions are focussed on technique with subsequent sessions more concentrated on building strength and fitness. You can however come along to a casual session and will still get a feel for the sessions.
