Jump aboard a kayak and paddle your way to fitness today with PaddleFIT® on-water
group fitness classes. The 1 hr sessions are suitable for females and males of all
ages and are an excellent low impact full body workout - great for toning up and
strengthening the arms, abdominals and thighs.
At the first session you will learn
basic kayaking technique with following sessions a combination of a paddle to a given
location, strength and fitness building activities and refining kayaking techniques.
We provide you with a kayak, paddle and a safety vest and the opportunity to get
fit, meet new people and have some fun at the same time.
PaddleFIT sessions run at
Bundeena, Cronulla, Grays Point and Sylvania.
PaddleFIT sessions run in blocks of
5 sessions starting a various times throughout the year.
No previous kayaking experience
is necessary. You just need to be able to swim and should be in reasonably good health.
